Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless –
~2–4 pieces)
Whole milk
Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic salt
All-purpose flour
Panko breadcrumbs
Eggs (2)
Takis (any red flavor, crushed)
Vegetable oil (for frying – enough to submerge)
Serrano peppers (1–2)
Granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
Fries
Russet potatoes (2—3 large)
Butter (~2–3 tbsp)
Garlic (3-5 cloves, minced)
Garlic salt (for seasoning)
Sauce
Mayo
Kewpie mayo
Dijon mustard
Old Bay seasoning (to taste)

Serrano pepper

Coleslaw
Red cabbage
green cabbage
carrots
Mayo
Dijon mustard
Red wine vinegar
Sugar
salt & pepper (to taste)
Cooking Steps
Coleslaw
Chop red cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots
To make the dressing, mix a generous amount of mayo, a little Dijon mustard, a little red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste!
Sauce
Mayo, Kewpie mayo, Dijon mustard (a little), Old bay seasoning to taste, a little honey for sweetness, and minced garlic!
Fries
Cut potatoes into fries - you can keep the skin on/off!
Boil briefly until slightly tender (2-3 minutes), let it dry completely (important to get a nice fry!)
Deep fry until golden
toss in melted butter, garlic, and some garlic salt to taste
Fried Chicken
Marinate in milk, old bay, smoked paprika, garlic salt
make breading by mixing flour, garlic salt, panko breadcrumbs and old bay
crush your takis in a food processor
dredge chicken: egg -> light flour -> crushed takis
fry in vegetable oil with a serrano pepper or two
once fried, sprinkle lightly with sugar
Finish your Sandwich!
lightly dress your buns with melted butter, then toast on medium heat - watch it carefully!
add your sauce, coleslaw, pickles, fried chicken, more sauce, and enjoy!
